NON-STANDARD PRODUCTS

Farcimar provided a set of precast elements inserted in range “Non-Standard Products” for a work in the French market. This is located in Lormont, on the outskirts of Bordeaux and aims to build a student residence with a capacity of 101 rooms.

The precast concrete products of type structural panels and hoops of shading for windows, being geometrically complex, in accordance with the established requirements for architectural pieces, were produced by Farcimar, S. A. according to strictly defined, having obtained great finish and with great quality.

Again the Farcimar proved its conception capacity of “non-standard” accordance with the requirements of the project and your customer’s needs, producing large pieces to put in the surrounding windows, as well as structural panels.

The supplied structural panels will be applied at the ground floor, as well as student residence the stairway enclosure. As for the 78hoops windows were applied to the four facades, featuring various forms, being monolithic parts with outstanding variables, with the majority of parts dimensions of width 4,50m by 2,71m tall and a variable depth of 0.25 m and 0,70m. The manufacture of these hoops entailed the development of various specific manner to allow the manufacture of different pieces.
