In 2018, the Group’s fastest growing business area was related to the design and construction of Industrial Buildings.

The Farcimar group has gathered extensive experience in the design, production and installation of prefabricated concrete units, having in 2017, added to its wide range of services, prefabricated concrete solutions for the construction of industrial buildings (Pavilions)

The company took advantage of growing national market demand for concrete solutions and branched out into the construction of Industrial Buildings, having executed, in 2018, several important projects, such as the Industrial Space in the Escariz Business Park; the Industrial Space in Grijó; the Industrial Space in Rio Tinto, among others.

Also, worth mentioning is the fact that we have already kick-started 2019 with a few projects in the pipeline. This serves to demonstrate the market’s confidence in Farcimar’s Industrial Building solutions. We feel that we made the right choice by venturing into this new business area.

In addition to the option regarding Prefabricated Concrete Structure for Industrial Buildings, we also produce Ready-mixed Concrete Cladding (Panels) and install industrial flooring. We are well prepared to take on to any project, including turnkey solutions.
